Employee pivot tables exclude rehired retirees, (faculty rehired retirees are included), intermittent workers, graduate assistants, and student workers. Faculty who have not completed a faculty credentials form are placed in a College/Department based upon their home organization code.

Student Credit Hour Pivot Tables

Clicking on one of the terms below will enable you to download the file into Excel and save the spreadsheet to your computer. You will then be able to choose the desired variables. If you want student credit hours based on the college/department of the instructor of record, then select 'Instructor College' and/or 'Instructor Department'. If you want the student credit hours based on the college/department of the course, then select 'Course College' and/or 'Course Department'.
